Getting ready for my challenge group

I decided it was time to do the fitness test on beachbody to see exactly what needs work and how far I have come. I sucked at the pull ups (0) and was bad at the seated wall squats (15 secs) but I did 2 mins worth of jumping jacks. This has been a major thing seeing how my genetic disorder I haven’t been able to do anything like that for 23 years. Yes I said 23 YEARS. I am feeling so much stronger and loving it!
